Acrylics- "Revelation"It has been a while since my last post but the Lord had me in an obscure and secret season. I love those periods because I learn more about Him in obscurity that I do when I am out interacting with folks. One thing is clear after this season, "we are in a spiritual war". There is a lot at stake. I once read a book by Chuck Pierce called Possessing your inheritance which had the following statement "many people are willing to meet God in an intimate place but do not secure their inheritance because they are unwilling to turn and meet the enemy who is holding back what is theirs." I feel most of the battles we encounter are because the enemy wants to destroy us and our inheritance. The things the enemy will attack so we do not claim our inheritance are: Our relationship with God, the image or nature of God, our image and our destiny.
The enemy distorts who God is for us and we do not enjoy fully His love and affection. In the same manner, He distorts who we are and we doubt that we are capable of doing what God calls us to be and do.
I would like to leave you with a few questions to ponder
Do you believe that God loves you with an everlasting unconditional love regardless of what is happening in your life? Do you believe that you are made perfect in His image and for His pleasure? Do you believe that He has amazing plans for your life? Claim your inheritance today!!!
